You may start your application now –
1. Applicants who submit a complete application between now and October 30, 2025 will be notified within 24 – 48 hours of their offer of admission and must notify the Internship of their decision and pay the nonrefundable deposit on or before November 15, 2025.
2. Applicants who submit a complete application between November 1, 2025 and January 10, 2026 will be notified within 24 – 48 hours of their offer of admission and must notify the Internship of their acceptance of the offer and pay the nonrefundable deposit within 24 hours of the offer.

Applicants who submit a complete application between now and February 27, 2026 will be notified within 24-48 hours of their offer of admission and must notify the Internship of their decision and pay the nonrefundable deposit on or before March 15, 2026.

You may start your application now –
Applicants who submit a complete application between now and February 27, 2026 will be notified within 24-48 hours of their offer of admission and must notify the Internship of their decision by March 15, 2026.
While you are not required to submit your acceptance of an offer of admission and pay the nonrefundable deposit until the dates delineated above, the voluntary payment of the nonrefundable deposit before that dates above will trigger the initiation of the onboarding process, which includes but is not limited to:
*vetting and approval of preceptors and sites,
*initiation of affiliation agreements and contracts with your sites not already in place
*compilation of medical information such as immunizations and immunity
*professional liability insurance requirements
*background checks and drug screens

Your application will be acted on with or without Preceptors identified. However, a Rotation Schedule form must be submitted with the FIRST ROTATION PRECEPTOR identified within 30 days of accepting admission to the Internship.
