Technology Requirements

Interns should be comfortable with basic computer skills, use a web browser and be able to send/receive e-mails. The Intern must have knowledge of Microsoft Office components like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Publisher and the ability to upload or download documents and files.

Email

Interns must establish and maintain an e-mail address as instructed by the Program.. A thumbnail photograph of the Intern MUST be included in the e-mail heading. 

Intern MUST check e-mail DAILY

Minimum Hardware Requirements

The Intern MUST:

have a Smartphone

have a wireless laptop computer 

have an external drive, thumb drive or cloud storage to back up all work

have a webcam and headset with  microphone

have a printer/scanner

Minimum Software Requirements

The software commonly used by PNCDDI can be accessed with most of today's desktop or laptop computers. Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) will be required for your required written work.

Web Browsers

The Intern must have the latest version of one of the following installed on their computer: Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge.
